The Therapist uses an Holistic approach during the consultation and treatment to ensure that the correct depth of massage is provided for each individual client to help restore their own natural balance.
There are many types of massage therapy, some are more vigorous and physically intense than others. Essentially, they all involve touch which can be soothing and comforting.
Massage stimulates the bodies systems, helping to improve
neural pathways and removal of waste products.
